Competition Terms and Conditions for Luxury Cabin short stay Giveaway ends 10/12/21
Entries before midnight on Friday 10th December 2021 – only entries tagged before midnight on Friday 10th December 2021 will be entered into the draw. Tags and entries made after this time will not be accepted. Cabinlocator Ltd does not accept any responsibility for entries not being acknowledged as a result of errors by the social media platform provider or connectivity problems.
Cabinlocator Ltd decision on the successful entry is final.
Dates for the competition winner’s stay must be confirmed in writing before 31/12/21 and dates chosen must be before 30/11/22.
Dates available are subject to availability Friday – Monday (3 nights) (excludes Bank Holidays, 24-26 and 31 December)
Must be 18+ to enter
Cabin price is up to £800, if the prize winner wishes to they can pay more themselves for more expensive cabin accommodation.

Multiple UK locations available, cost to travel to location will not be funded by Cabinlocator Ltd.

Cabinlocator Ltd employees may not enter.
Any entries that Cabinlocator Ltd consider (in our absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.
Winner Selection: Prize draw winner will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries
By entering the competition, agreement is being made to allow us to publicly announce the winner across our social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and on our website and affiliate websites).
The chosen winner will have 48 hours from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe we reserve the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold. Once agreed will be booked.
If the winner is unable to attend their selected weekend for reasons of illness or other factors beyond their control, Cabinlocator Ltd will not be accountable for this.
Cabinlocator Ltd cannot not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of criminal activity related to ‘spam’ or fake contacts from individuals purporting to be the Cabinlocator Ltd. We will report and request blocks on all fake accounts as soon as we are notified. Never click on a weblink if you are unsure of its origin.
Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with us will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted into future marketing emails.
Guidance regarding spam or fake accounts sending messages regarding our competition
In the instance you are concerned a fake social media account has attempted to contact you about entering our competition. Please see the following guidance below:
· We will only contact the competition winner after the closing
· You will only be asked to get in touch with us via a direct and not a link to another webpage
· We will never ask you to click on another webpage to submit your information
· We will never ask for any form of financial information from you
