International Women’s Day 2022 is one week today (8th March)!
This year’s campaign theme is #BreakTheBias, a cause that aims to highlight, start conversations, and ultimately make a movement to a more gender equal world.
A world free of bias, stereotype, and discrimination.
A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
A world where difference is valued and celebrated.
Cabinlocator is a small business with big values, and we are proud to get on board with International Women’s Day 2022.
Gender diversity within the UK’s manufacturing and construction industry is exceptionally low, women make up just 11% of the entire workforce. At Cabinlocator HQ we are glad to know we double that average within our workforce and employ 22% women!
Together we can all break the bias within workplaces, education, and further communities.
